Event Description
On 6 December 2022, the Federal Court of Australia ordered the winding up of Dawning Investments Pty Ltd and Dawning Developments Pty Ltd, appointing Mr. Peter Andrew Goodin as their liquidator. Mr. Goodin was also appointed as receiver and manager of the Dawning Developments Unit Trust. Following a serious health episode, Mr. Goodin was incapacitated, necessitating temporary appointments of special purpose liquidators in June 2023. After recovering, Mr. Goodin sought to resume his role, leading to further court proceedings in November 2023 and subsequent requests for the proper appointment of liquidators and receivers.
