Event Description
In November 2019, YZ (the plaintiff) initiated legal proceedings seeking damages for personal injuries resulting from sexual assaults claimed to have occurred between late December 1974 and early February 1975. The defendants include Beit Habonim Pty Ltd (the first defendant), where the plaintiff was a member, and Alan Weiden (the second defendant), who is alleged to have committed the assaults.
